Conditions d'annulation
The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer will be required to pay the full amount if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.
If you rent several apartments a deposit of 50% will be taken when booking. The balance will be taken 1 week before arrival. In the case of a reservation made less than 1 week before arrival, the entire stay is charged. Tourist tax is obligatory, it will be deducted when paying the balance.
In case of cancellation:

Up to 15 days before the start date of your stay, you will be credited with your deposit (50%).

Up to 1 week before the start of your stay, your deposit will not be returned to you.

Less than 1 week before your stay, the full amount of your reservation will not be returned to you.

Château Côte de Nacre pre-authorizes guest credit cards prior to arrival for all policy types.

The amount blocked on the guests' credit card corresponds to the total amount of the stay.

In the event that, whatever the cause (opposition, refusal by the issuing center, etc.), the debit of the sums due by the Customer proves impossible, the reservation will be immediately canceled. The Customer would then be informed by email to the address provided by the Customer when booking on the site.
Withdrawal period
No fees charged for reservations canceled 24 hours after booking.

Arrival from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Departure from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Payments are made by card or in cash.
Rates for furnished apartments include the provision of household linen, cleaning service upon departure, secure private parking, access to the swimming pool and sauna, unlimited internet access, consumables such as coffee, tea , sugar, cleaning products, soap-shampoo.
To enable you to travel light, we provide you with a travel cot, duvet, pillow, sheets, plates, cutlery, high chair, games, bathtub, booster seat. Please let me know what you will need.
